Payment Operation Officer

– Location: Phnom Penh, HQ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, designing, implementing and managing card and digital payment operation
  • Facilitate on sale of card and digital payment at all channels
  • Assist in setting sales direction and developing card and payment products and services
  • Assist in managing card and digital payment risk and authorization, finance, and dispute
  • Support cardholder and digital payment troubleshooting
  • Support delivering the bill and collection
  • All related matters

Minimum Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
  • At least 1 years work experience in electronic payment (visa card)
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
  • Good command of English and other foreign languages(Chinese or Korean) is a plus
  • Computer literacy
