PPCBank lists its first corporate bonds on the CSX

PPCBank officially listed its first corporate bonds on the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 after obtaining the approval of the Securities and Exchange of Commission of Cambodia (SECC)on its subscription and allocation results on April 10, 2020.

PPCBank successfully raised KHR 40 billion during the 1st phase of its bond issuance process amidst COVID-19 pandemic. The 1st phase investors have subscribed to FX-indexed bonds with an interest of 6.5% per annum anda maturity of 3 years.

PPCBank’s Parent bank “Jeonbuk bank” brings hope Cambodia

On 10th August 2016, CEO of Jeonbuk Bank, Yim Yong-tiack whose bank recently seated as the parent bank of Phnom Penh Commercial Bank has paid visit to Hebron Medical Center in Phnom Penh. PPCBank which has been operating for 7 years since its establishment in 2008 with total asset of 414 million as of 2015 has recently been acquired by JB financial group with its largest shareholder to be Jeonbuk Bank.


PPCBank Gives More to Local Community

On 28th October 2016, PPCBank’s parent bank “JB Financial Group” in collaboration with volunteer medical team of Department Health from South Korea has contributed medical checkup and medicine to 250 patients at Tropang Kroleung Village, Kompong Speu Province. The activities were held at Kwanju Clinic which establish since 2014.
