The construction of Interior and Exterior

of PPCBank’s New Branches

1. Requirement
– Participant in the construction of Interior and Exterior of PPCBank’s Two New Branches
Expected Construction Period: From 01st July 2020 to 31st August 2020 (Max 2 months)

 

Note: The construction period can be extended depending on unexpected circumstance on mutual consents with PPCBank.

 

2. Field descriptions
– Reference to the Layout contents with the following details

 

PPCBank Branch (A)
1. Deposit counter (4 tellers)/ Loan counter (2 employees)
Note: Loan counter shall be considered as separated office.
2. VIP counter (Refer to Gold Club of PPCBank)
3. Meeting Room
4. Pantry Room for resting and eating including a party
5. Server Room
6. ATM Booth (2 ATMs)
7. External Cover

 

PPCBank Branch (B)
1. Deposit counter (4 tellers)/ Loan counter (2 employees)
Note: Loan counter shall be considered as separated office.
2. VIP counter (Refer to Gold Club of PPCBank)
3. Pantry Room for resting and eating including a party
4. Server Room
5. ATM Booth (2 ATMs)

 

3. Submission deadline for applications
– Friday, 26th June 2020 (2:00 PM)

 

4. How to submit your application
– Email: c.sopheak@ppcb.com.kh
– Application Documents shall be submitted to Administrative Department of PPCBank.
– PPCBank HQ Building Address: Nº 217, Norodom Blvd, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Application documents shall be enclosed with the company seal.

 

5. Application Documents
1) Company introduction including such as company name, establishment year, capital, total assets, previous year’s net profit, number of employees, major business field, representative nationality.
2) Quotation including M&E (Reference to specification of Layout)

 

6. Applicant qualification
– Company related to the construction of interior and exterior that registered business in Cambodia

 

7. Decision-making method of company
– Decided according to internal standard of Bank

 

8. Application Deposit
– None

 

9. Result notification date
– Friday, 29th June 2020 (2:00 PM) (Reply via email or phone)

 

10. Signing of contract for construction
– Within 10 days from the date of notification of the result

 

11. What to note when submitting your application
– Identify guidelines, regulations, special conditions, etc. of local authority in relation to facility construction.
– Inspection procedure will be carried out after completion of construction.

The cost of demolishing, network and telephone system shall be exclusive of Quotation because demolishing will be given to specialized vendor.
