Payment Product and Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all appointments related with corporate partner merchants to offer the discount;
• Keeping update on merchant partnership agreement and build up relationship network;
• Propose promotion program on card product/service to bush product awareness to public;
• Providing customer service and resolves customer queries efficiently on corporate partner. card promotion and support POS merchants;
• Updating on card product advertising materials, leaflet, brochure to ensure all information delivered to customers correctly

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
• At least 1 years work experience in electronic payment(visa card);
• Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
• Good command of English and other foreign languages(Chinese or Korean) is a plus;
• Computer literacy
