Officer, Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough quality checks on Mobile and Internet Banking applications.

  • Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with development and all related product teams to resolve quality issues.

  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance.

  • Provide frontline support for customer inquiries related to quality issues.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Experience in software testing, preferably in financial services.

  • Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Good Communication and Negotiation Skills

  • Strong in commitment, leadership and organizational skill and independence

  • Computer literacy Ms. Office, Word, Excel, Power-Point and Internet/Email etc
