Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Digital Banking services including Mobile and Internet Banking.
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on digital banking platforms.
Identify, document, and report bugs and issues.
Collaborate with IT development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in software testing, preferably in financial services.
Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
Strong in commitment, leadership and organizational skill and independence
Computer literacy Ms. Office, Word, Excel, Power-Point and Internet/Email etc.
