Head of Digital Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze new business opportunities and introduce new business to expand revenue stream
• Communicate the bank vision and set up strategy and improvement on digital products and digital banking business to strive for the leading position in the industry
• Analyze market’s best practice and bring about value-added innovative digital banking solutions to expand and capture more customer base
• Define digital banking strategies and develop roadmaps for the bank
• Lead the team to develop BRD and FSD for new business projects and all upgrades of Mobile Banking, smartBiz, Mobile Teller & Apsara (when necessary)
• Lead the team to implement best-in-class Digital Banking business process and UI/UX
• A project leader in digital banking upgrades and maintenance including release plan and quality to ensure no or minimal disruptions to end users
• Set up communication strategy to effectively engage with end users on Digital Banking functions
• Establish and expand business opportunities with existing and new business partners locally and globally
• Set up evaluation process from time-to-time assessment of digital banking market position of the bank and design improvement plan on discovered weakness
• Others tasks assigned by management in charge

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Law/Banking/Finance or any other relevant area
• Strong understanding related banking laws/regulations in areas of Payment and Technology and New NBC Initiative Projects is a plus
• At least 5 years of working experiences in leading Business and Data Analyst or Product Development or Partnership & Alliance
• Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Strong in commitment, leadership and organizational skill and independence
• Computer literacy Ms. Office, Word, Excel, Power-Point and Internet/Email etc
