Role and Responsibilities

– Prepare quarterly performance of CS score

– Analyze and monitor branches CS star

– Produce and develop Customer Satisfaction

– Plan and Implement training for improvement of Customer Satisfaction

– Manage system for improving service

– Investigate and monitor Customer Satisfaction level

– Monitor and Develop branches’ atmosphere

– Other tasks assigned by manager

 

Requirement

– University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications

– Proven track record in delivering high quality results in short time frames

– Possess superior communication and leadership skills

– At least 2 years work experience in banking industry (Priority)

– Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player

– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

– Good command of English, other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus

– Computer literacy
