Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager

1. Position: Branch Manager
Location: Phnom Penh, HQ
No. of hiring: 03 Positions

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure staff have provided quality service exceed customer expectation timely, deposit, loan, as defined with branch target
  • Maintain and proactive increasing target customer’s network which generate marketing strategy in order to increase public awareness, products and services, and trust worthy in public
  • Ensure key customer well serviced both deposit and loan
  • Ensure all staff at branch follow policies, procedures, and regularly provide trainings to staff with new products/services, encouragement and open communication at workplace
  • Daily update to management on target achievement, challenging, improve performance plan
  • Define strategy and gain more market segmentation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Finance & Banking, Management or related fields
  • 10 years experience in banking industries with at least 3 years in managerial position
  • Sound target achievement history
  • Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • High degree self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of English proficiency in both speaking and writing, Korean is a plus
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power-point), Internet and Email

 

2. Position: Deputy Branch Manager
Location: Phnom Penh, HQ
No. of hiring: 03 Positions

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Manager to help better function of the branch
  • Refresh staff on the subjects of branch improvement and branch target
  • Daily operation check and approval
  • Enhance customer service, ensure all customers’ needs and inquiries are met
  • Arrange appointments with potential customers
  • Visit and follow up on potential customers
  • Monitor teller operation
  • Prepare reports such as ATM report and Operation report
  • Fix the misconduct occurs in the week and correct them on time
  • Maintain good customer relations and refer customer to appropriate staff for new services to promote business of the bank

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Finance & Banking, Management or related fields
  • 5 years experience in banking industries with at least 2 years in managerial position
  • Sound target achievement history
  • Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • High degree self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of English proficiency in both speaking and writing, Korean is a plus
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Internet and Email
