Redeem rewards directly from the app

The process is simple. Customers can browse available rewards, choose an item, and confirm redemption using their accumulated PPCBank Points.

Log in to the App

Open the PPCBank Mobile App and log in securely.

Go to Goodie Market

Tap on the Goodie Market section to explore available rewards.

Browse Available Rewards

View the list of rewards and check the items you can redeem with your points.

Select Your Preferred Item

Choose the reward item you would like to redeem.

Confirm Your Redemption

Use your accumulated PPCBank Points to confirm the redemption.

Collect Your Reward

Follow the instructions provided in the app to collect your selected reward.

Find out how to earn points, redeem Goodies, collect your reward, and manage your points.

1 How can I get PPCBank Goodie? +

You must have an account with PPCBank and have the PPCBank Mobile. You earned point as you make transaction within the app. Applicable for both regular customers and merchants.

2 How can I earn points? +

You can earn point with PPCBank Mobile by making transaction. You can get up to 100 P per transaction to PPCBank merchant KHQR and 50 P per transaction to KHQR from other banks. Point earned is eligible for 1 time per day per unique merchant/KHQR.

3 How to redeem Goodie? +

Earn enough point for a goodie you are looking for. Select the Goodie and size/color (if available). Select the branch you want to collect, if you did not, the nearest branch will be automatically selected for you. After redemption you can go and pick up at the branch within 14 days.

4 I have redeemed the goodies. What’s next? +

After redeeming the goodie with points, you must pick up the item within 14 days from the redemption date at the branch you have selected when redeeming the goodie.

If you can your mind, you have 24 hours timeframe to cancel the goodie and get your point back in full. After that, the redemption is final and non-refundable.

5 How many Goodie can I redeem? +

PPCBank customers are allowed to redeem 1 goodie per day. The maximum number of redemptions allow per month is up to 5.

You can redeem the same goodie up to 5 times per month, or you want to try something new – it’s up to you!

6 I have a lot of points, does it expire? +

Your earned point can now be expired. Points are valid for 12 months from the month they earned. Points will expire at 11:59 PM on the last day of the expiry month.

Previously earned point before the Goodie Market will expire after 12 months.

Example: You’ve earned 2,000 P in January 2026, then the point will expire at the 31st of January 2027.
