Position : Call Center Officer

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Check and process card amendment request form (Credit Limit Adjustment, Block Card and Release Card, etc.);
  • Process customers’ request to Activate/Suspend/Revoke/Close Card;
  • Monitor card activities and authorization (ATM & VISA card);
  • Follow up reject transaction, suspicious and high risk relevant transaction (MOTO/ Ecommerce/Recurring Payment);
  • Prepare daily card authorization reports;
  • Support Cardholder troubleshooting;
  • Provide excellence customer service;
  • Prompt response to customers’ enquiries related to bank’s products and services over the phone;
  • Solve customer complaint and problem or refer them to appropriate department;

Education and Experience:

  • University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications;
  • Knowledge of customer services principles and practices;
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology;
  • Some experience in a call center or customer service environment;
  • Good data entry and typing skills;
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical process;
  • Good command of English and other foreign languages(Chinese or Korean) is a plus;
