Job Title : Customer Satisfaction Officer

Position : Customer Satisfaction Officer

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quarterly performance of Customer Satisfaction score;
  • Analyze and monitor branches Customer Satisfaction star;
  • Prepare the training material for orientation and advance training;
  • Control and follow up customers’ feedback;
  • Collect customers’ feedbackfor improvement;
  • Identify and implement new process plan to improve customer support service;
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and file documents;
  • Perform branches survey, visiting, training (Phnom Penh and provincial branches);
  • Work with Marketing Department for Customer Satisfaction Project;

Education and Experience:

  • University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
  • At least 1 year work experience in related field with finance institutes (Priority);
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
  • Excellent communication, customer experiences, and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of English and other foreign languages(Chinese or Korean) is a plus;
  • Computer literacy;
