What can I do if I forget my User ID?


On the bottom right of the Login screen, Click on Forgot your User ID. You can choose between input your Account Number/National ID/Passport ID/Corporate Registration No. Request Authentication code (that will be sent to your Mobile Banking registered phone number), fill it in, and your User ID will be shown.
