PPCBank was the Official Payment Partner for Skyfest 2.0, the largest international kite festival in Cambodia, held over the weekend of March 30-31. PPCBank’s sponsorship of this major international event formed part of the Bank’s “The Beauty of Cambodia” program, designed to support the development of Cambodia’s tourism industry and to thereby help stimulate economic growth in the Kingdom.

Skyfest 2.0, organized by Canopy Sands Development and held at Sihanoukville’s Bay of Lights, brought together professional kite flyers from Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, France, China and the Philippines. It is already one of Southeast Asia’s largest international kite festivals. The event was first staged in 2023 and made a much anticipated return this year.

PPCBank, one of Cambodia’s leading commercial banks, is proud to continue its sponsorship of the K-Wave End Year Concert 2023, organized by K’ve Entertainment, which took place on December 24, 2023, at CKCC.

The concert showcases the great cultures and civilizations of South Korea and Cambodia, as well as the two countries’ enduring friendship. PPCBank’s continued sponsorship of the event is in addition to its support of the K-Pop World Festival, organized for young talented Cambodians to show off their dancing and singing skills, paving the way to stardom.

Phnom Penh: PPCBank is honored to have continued sponsoring “Bon Odori”, the Japanese dancing festival, organized by JACAM – Japanese Association for Promotion of Education and Culture Business in Cambodia. The event was held at AEON 3 on Sunday, November 12, 2023.

This year, the event marked the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two nations. It was a prime opportunity for Cambodians- especially the younger generation – to get better acquainted with Japanese culture, as well as to deepen the friendship between both countries.

Kampong Thom: PPCBank, one of the largest commercial banks in Cambodia, participated in promoting and cultivating a habit of savings on ASEAN Savings Day on 31st October under the theme of “Savings habit for you and your family”. The event was held at the Stung Sen Park in Kampong Thom Province and was organized by the National Bank of Cambodia.

The annual event aims to raise public awareness on the importance of saving, in line with the effort of the ASEAN member states to promote financial inclusion in ASEAN region and countries.
