It is the 24th PPCBank branch to open in the Kingdom and the first of two such openings the Bank has planned for 2024. Phnom Penh, May 17, 2024 – PPCBank, one of Cambodia’s leading commercial banks, has launched its new CSS Debit Card, enabling customers to use their PPCBank CSS Debit Card at any participating bank’s ATMs and Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals. CSS, which stands for Cambodian Shared Switch, is an interbank payment system under the authority of the National Bank of Cambodia. Essentially, any CSS cardholder can use their bank card at any other bank’s ATM or POS terminals, for a minimal fee, as long as that bank is a member of the CSS.
