Unit Manager, New Biz and Development

Main duties

• Define and implement the BaaS business roadmap, focusing on API-based products and embedded finance solutions.

• Lead new partnerships with fintechs, aggregators, and corporate clients to integrate PPCBank services (account, payment, virtual account, KHQR, disbursement APIs).

• Work closely with IT and product teams to design and enhance the API suite, ensuring scalability, stability, and usability.

• Develop commercial models and pricing strategies for API services and partner integrations.

• Manage partner onboarding, testing, and go-live support with clear SLA and service monitoring.

• Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to ensure all API partnerships meet NBC and internal policy standards.

• Explore new embedded finance opportunities (e.g., co-branded services, third-party fintech launches).

• Represent PPCBank in relevant industry forums and working groups related to digital finance, API banking, and fintech collaboration.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Business, Computer Science, or Financial Technology.

5+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or payment business development.

Proven experience with API-based business models, fintech partnerships, or merchant acquiring.

Strong understanding of payment flows, KHQR, and settlement systems.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and project management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actionable projects.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
