Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for preparing recruitment and selection process to fill in vacancies of the Bank.
Build relationships with other recruiters, management and agent.
Self-Posting the job announcement on the social channels for potential candidate
Headhunt the potential candidate
Design and update job description of roles and responsibilities for staffs.
Prepare recruitment and selection process to provide qualified candidates for all vacancies.
Prepare job announcement of all vacancies.
Be responsible for all the process (A-Z) of the job recruitment and source potential candidate from various channels.
Prepare shortlisted candidates list and update in recruitment module.
Arrange for the interview with shortlisted cand idates and make discussion the selection of the selected cand idate.
Prepare the report of the all hiring candidate, se lected cand idate analysis and report to line manager.
Liaise and negotiate with recruitment agencies.
All related matters.
Requirement
Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
Minimum 2 year of work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
Willing to work under pressure;
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese or Korean;
Good Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point)
