Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough quality checks on Mobile and Internet Banking applications.
Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with development and all related product teams to resolve quality issues.
Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance.
Provide frontline support for customer inquiries related to quality issues.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in software testing, preferably in financial services.
Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
Strong in commitment, leadership and organizational skill and independence
Computer literacy Ms. Office, Word, Excel, Power-Point and Internet/Email etc
