Key Responsibilities
Enhancement screen operation process both system and manual
Coordinate with branches and related departments to gather operational feedback and ensure compliance with SOPs
Monitor and follow up on implementation of new processes and policies
Add/Amend Bank application form and slip (bank reference)
Be a central of handling UAT design
Prepare and design scenario test case
Work with Technical team to enhance system
Support on UAT system related to operation screen
Monitor to ensure document uploaded to system are up to date and accurate
Provide briefing/training on all processes/procedures to relevant staff
Training new tellers on Operation procedure and Core Banking System (Operation Related).
Analysis branch data transaction report
Analysis Teller and Chief Teller Ranking Performance
Provide support during internal audits or regulatory inspections as required
Other tasks assigned by Management
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of banking experience related to Loan Rcovery
Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of banking operations and compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Vision)
