Key Responsibilities

Resolve arrear over 90+ days long term cases
Manage Sale execution (Auction, Force Sale, Etc.)
Manage Re-restructuring / Non-Legal recovery
Manage de-marketing clients and finding the buyers
Prepare daily check report and Follow up for loan overdue of all branch by call
Support on Loan Arrears problem with branch by visiting Branches or Customers
Prepare Daily Report (Short & Long Term)
Prepare Non-Performing Loan Ratio Report
Collect and Prepare Documents of Non-Performing Loan for Legal Process
Prepare Proposal/ Expense of Legal Process of Auction
Develop and revise Debt Collection Unit Guideline
Follow up all litigation process with a Lawyer
Other tasks assign by manager.

Requirement

University degree in Management/Law/Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
At least 2 years working experience in related filed
Good Command of English and Communication Skills
Strong commitment, leadership and organization skills and independence
Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet/Email etc.)
Willing to work under pressure
