Officer, Branding & Marketing Strategy

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Marketing Research & Analysis

    • Conduct market research on customers, competitors, products, and industry trends

    • Collect and analyze data to support marketing strategies and campaigns

    • Prepare research summaries, insights, and recommendations for internal use

  • 2. Digital Marketing Support

    • Assist in executing digital marketing activities across social media, digital ads, and online platforms

    • Support content planning, posting, and basic performance tracking

    • Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare simple reports and insights

  • 3. Agency Coordination

    • Liaise with external agencies (creative, media, digital, production)

    • Follow up on timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution

    • Ensure agency outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

  • 4. Internal Product & Marketing Reporting

    • Prepare internal marketing and product-related reports (campaign results, performance updates, insights)

    • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Branches, Operations) to gather required information

    • Support presentations and documentation for management review

  • 5. Media Relations & Communication

    • Support media relations activities, including coordination with media partners

    • Assist in preparing press releases, media content, and basic communication materials

    • Help manage media inquiries and maintain good relationships with media contacts

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered)

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

  • Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to prepare reports and presentations (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Comfortable working with internal teams and external partners

  • Analytical and research-oriented mindset

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work under deadlines

  • Team player with the ability to work independently

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
