Merchant Business Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end process on the merchant product and service
• Prepare daily report of product and service which request through branch and department
• Prepare and submit daily activity report including issue resolved feedback and performance report
• Review document requirement of which product and service
• Support branches and department by briefing or educated the product and service under duty
• Handle to install/issue product and service to customer
• Support merchant for training on how to use merchant product and service
• Resolve merchant issues, requests, inquiries, and complaints via phone call, site-visit, emails, and other communication channel in a timely and customer
• Maintain good relationship with team and customer
• Escalate the issues/complaints to higher authority for solution if needed
• Link all marketing activities with merchant product and service
• All related matters and other tasks assign by line manager

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
• Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy (Ms. Word & Excel)
• Familiar with Excel functions such as Vlookup, Sumifs, Pivot table, etc
• Good command of English and other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus
