Head of Merchant Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement sales plans base on bank strategy
• Set and met sales target through effective planning and budgeting
• Monitor and analyze product performance
• Recruit and provide training to sales team
• Responsible for product brand promotion
• Plan and implement effective campaigns
• Other tasks related to merchant sales

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-4 years of sales experience in leading a sale team
• Ability to sell products and services
• Strong customer services
• Persistence and determination
• To be flexible and open to change
• Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to take initiative
• Ability to effectively manage a large team Excellent verbal communication skills.
