Prepare action plan for loan overdue 30 – 60 days and take action immediately
Follow up with Customer about Notification Letter for Loan overdue 7 – 60 days
Support on Loan Arrears problem in Auto Loan Dept. by Customers
Prepare Daily Report (Short & Long Term)
Prepare Non-Performing Auto Loan Ratio Report
Collect and Prepare Documents of Non-Performing Auto Loan for Legal Process
Prepare Proposal/ Expense of Legal Process of Auction
Follow up all litigation process with a Lawyer
Other tasks assign by manager

Requirement

Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
Minimum 2 year of work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
Willing to work under pressure;
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese or Korean;
Good Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point)
