1. Requirement: Participant in the construction of Interior and Exterior works for relocation of PPCBank _ Siem Reap Branch

Expected Construction Period: From 1st April 2022 to 15th June 2022 (Max 2.5 months)

Note: The construction period can be extended depending on unexpected circumstance on mutual consents with PPCBank.

3. Submission deadline for applications

Friday, 25th March 2022 (11:00 AM)

4. How to submit your application

– Application documents shall be submitted to Administrative Department of PPCBank and via the above email address

– PPCBank HQ Building Address: Nº 217, Norodom Blvd., Phum 10, Sangkat Tonle Bassac,

    Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

F Application documents shall be enclosed with the company seal.

5. Application Documents

Company introduction including such as company name, establishment year, capital, total assets, previous year’s net profit, number of employees, major business field, representative nationality

Quotation including M&E (Reference to specification of Layout)

6. Applicant qualification

Company related to the construction of interior and exterior that registered business in Cambodia

7. Decision-making method of company

Decided according to internal standard of Bank

8. Application Deposit


9. Result notification date

Thursday, 31st March 2022 (Reply via email or phone)

10. Signing of contract for construction

Within 10 days from the date of notification of the result

11. What to note when submitting your application

-Identify guidelines, regulations, special conditions, etc. of local authority in relation to facility construction

-Inspection procedure will be carried out after completion of construction
