Customer Solution Officer

– Location: Phnom Penh, HQ
– No. of hiring: 03 Positions

Key Responsibilities:

  • To improve operation process of all online and offline channels
  • To assist manager to manage all application forms and slips design
  • To improve customer experience at all channels
  • To analyze customer, transactions and channels
  • To assist manager in planning and implementing operation competency
  • To collate and analyze customer dissatisfaction level
  • To improve customer loyalty management, customer relationship management and customer value management
  • Other tasks assigned by manager

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Banking and Finance or equivalent Professional qualifications
  • At least 1 year of working experience in customer solution in MFI/Banking industry
  • High proficiency spoken and written of English
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Committed, hard-working, and honest individual
  • Willing to work under pressure
