Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quarterly performance of CS score
  • Analyze and monitor branches CS star
  • Control and follow up customers’ complaints
  • Collect customer suggestion for improvement
  • Identify and implement new process plan to improve customer support service
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and file documents
  • Branches survey, visiting, training (Phnom Penh and provincial branches)
  • Other tasks assigned by manager

Minimum Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Fresh graduated or work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English, other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus
  • Computer literacy
