Digital Business Developement Officer

Location : Phnom Penh, HQ

No. of hiring : 3 Positions

Plan, Design, and Implement Digital Channel and Paymen

  • Analyze business process of competitor regarding digital service and prepare report for management in charge
  • Work with team to modify, update and propose business processing flow of bank’s digital service to ensure competitiveness
  • Design and develop the guidelines pertaining digital payment and service
  • Draft, develop and modify all agreements for digital service if required Work with team to develop and modify digital service forms, terms and conditions to ensure consistent updates in line with progress
  • Conduct and participate in all of UAT testing of digital service
  • Conduct Advanced and Orientation training to existing staffs and new recruits; as well training to all staffs pertaining new and updated digital service
  • Design and develop service FAQ, simple instruction and tutorial (Videos and Books) to help support the effective implementation of digital service
  • Design tests and questionnaires to measure staff’s understanding of digital service Monitor and report to manager regarding status of all business implementation
  • Monitor on performance of digital and payment service; and take action through reporting during underperformance
  • Arrange and process for increasing digital service usage limit (Mobile Banking and smartBiz) when customers requested
  • Coordination of all matters regarding agreement with customers (Mobile-Pay Merchant and Virtual Account Agreement)
  • Making the yearly budget plan and business plan of the department
  • In charge of drafting of Notification, Notice, and Message contents for digital service sending to customers
  • Monitor on balance of Mobile Banking top-up balance to support daily Mobile top-up operation
  • Others tasks assigned by manager and management in charge

Minimum Requirements:

  • Holding Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance, Information Technology, Business Management;
  • 2 years of working experience in Business Development or Digital Banking or related fields;
  • Comfortable working on a schedule to meet deadlines;
  • Passionate about new business technology;
  • Comfortable communicating with colleagues and team members;
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
  • Willing to work under pressure;
  • Good command of written and spoken Khmer and English
  • Good Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point)
