Key Responsibilities:
- Update the daily Consolidate report from branch.
- Follow up with Loan initial review, to be disburse, Loan Disbursement, Loan Paid off and arrear customer.
- Daily visit Borey and Private house, flat dealer and update the issues that related to Branch to Manager.
- Make good relationship with sale consultant and owner.
- Explanation about Bank housing loan Guideline to all house Companies and dealers.
- Update the Second House Price for Quarter basic and send to Manager.
- Update other Bank and MFI competitor condition of Housing Loan for Quarter Basic and sent to Manager.
- Support all Branches about Housing Loan Processing.
- Solve the issue that related to Housing Loan at Branch Site.
- Gathering the internal external issue related to Housing Loan from Branch and update to
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (Ms. Word & Excel)
- Familiar with Excel functions such as Vlookup, Sumifs, Pivot table, etc..
- Good command of English and other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus
